Conservation
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We must destroy this information in accordance with the law and our records retention policy. When we destroy your personal information, we take the necessary steps to keep it confidential and ensure that no unauthorized person can access it during the destruction process.

Consumer list
A list of consumers (name, address and telephone number), if required, may be compiled and shared with other partner companies of Montrose International Group. This list will allow us to better serve you by communicating important information about the company or news about its products. You may request that your name be removed from this list by writing to the Chief Privacy Officer at the address listed at the end of this policy.
We do not sell our consumer lists to third parties.

We make every effort to ensure that your personal information is as accurate and complete as required for the purposes for which it is collected, used, or disclosed.

This information will be provided to you within 30 days of the day we receive your written request. We may charge a reasonable fee to process your request.

In certain specific cases, we may refuse to provide you with the requested information. Exceptions to your right of access include, but are not limited to, the fact that it would be extremely expensive to provide the requested information, this information refers to other people, this information cannot be disclosed for legal, security or commercial property, the information was obtained in the course of an investigation to prevent or detect fraud, or the information is protected by solicitor-client privilege or litigation privilege.

When we hold medical information about you, we may refuse to communicate it to you directly and request that it be transmitted to a health professional that you have designated to communicate it to you.

You can verify the accuracy and completeness of your personal information and, if necessary, request its rectification. We will respond to any request for rectification within a reasonable time.
